I have been having such great results with the Fractional technology that I have now started to utilize it to rejuvenate hands. No anesthesia is necessary. The skin gently flakes for a few days after the procedure. Patients have no discomfort. This is the greatest. the pictures above are only one week apart. In this case we used the Mixto fractional laser but this can also be accomplished with Fraxel, Activefx, Scition profractional, and Alma Pixel.

It's just incredible to see the HUGE difference in the skin on this person's hand! The discoloration is all gone, and the fine lines are gone too! And in just a week! WOW!
