Lawmaker Wants Limits on Plastic Surgery
Why is it that everyone wants to decide what is right for others? A premier in Australia wishes to restrict citizens less than 18 from having procedures. Can we no longer can trust the wishes of the patient guided by the parent and the physician? The lawmaker wishes all under 18 to undergo psychiatric counseling prior to surgery. There are many who are over 18 for which this would be worthwhile as well!

MAYBE THIS LAWMAKER HAS HIMSELF, OR KNOWN SOMEONE WHO MAYBE NEEDED COUNSELING PRIOR TO SURGERY. IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE A BAD IDEA, BUT EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN OPINION.
Well, I for one think that cosmetic procedures can be a wonderful tool for younger people with self esteem issues. I'm not saying that everyone should just go "procedure crazy", but I think it is a particularly difficult time for all kids, and maybe something like a nose job or any other enhancement might just improve their self esteem.
